1. What Catalog Is

Catalog is a curated distribution platform for Base65-encoded files and games. Uploaders encode their files into a self-describing string or .b65 file that visitors can copy or download and decode back into the original file. Catalog does not host original files, archives, executables, or media directly.

2. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 13 years old to use Catalog. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Content You Upload

You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading, you give Catalog the limited right to store, display, and distribute the encoded form of your file so that visitors can download it.

You may not upload malware, illegal material, copyrighted content you do not have permission to share, or any content that violates applicable law. You are solely responsible for any content you encode and share through Catalog.

4. No File Hosting

Catalog does not store, serve, or distribute original files. We only publish encoded text strings and .b65 files. Any copyright, ownership, or legal issues related to the underlying content are the responsibility of the uploader. Catalog disclaims liability for content uploaded by users.

5. File Safety

All strings and .b65 files listed on Catalog are checked and tested by the Catalog team before being made public. However, files are ultimately provided as-is. Always scan downloaded files with your own security tools.

6. Termination

We may remove any upload or suspend access to the platform for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

Catalog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of files downloaded from this site, including any claims related to copyright, malware, or misuse of uploaded content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Catalog after changes means you accept the updated terms.
