This page explains how Catalog handles content policy and copyright concerns.

Important: Catalog does not host files, archives, executables, or media directly. We only publish Base65-encoded text strings and .b65 files. The original files are reconstructed locally by the person who decodes the string. Catalog is not responsible for the content users choose to encode, upload, or share.

1. User Responsibility

Anyone who uploads content to Catalog is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share that content. Catalog does not review, verify, or claim ownership of any underlying files, games, or media. If you upload copyrighted material you do not have permission to share, that is your responsibility, not Catalog's.

2. Prohibited Content

• Malware, viruses, or any content designed to harm users or devices.
• Copyrighted material uploaded without permission from the rights holder.
• Illegal content under applicable local, national, or international law.
• Harassment, hate speech, or personal information shared without consent.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice

Because Catalog does not host original files, archives, executables, or media directly, traditional DMCA takedown requests generally do not apply to this platform. Catalog only stores Base65-encoded text strings and .b65 files; the original content is reconstructed locally by the person who decodes it. If you believe your copyrighted work has been shared without authorization, you should contact the uploader directly.

4. Reporting Content Policy Violations

If you are unable to contact the uploader and would like to report content that violates our policies, you may send details to legal@twnty.top. Include the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it appears on Catalog.
• Your contact information.
• A clear explanation of why the content violates our terms or your rights.

5. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the same details and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove access for users who repeatedly violate this policy.
